Bakval is one of 
This lovely garden villa is reminiscent of a Jamaican style villa. It is a
unique property that because of it's design, is available as a 2 bedroom / 2
bath private villa or you can
include
one or more of the attached guest rooms to become a 3 or 4 bedroom villa each
with private bath. The guest rooms can also be rented individually as they are
attached with a private entrance to the side and back corners with separate
entrance gates and fenced area thus ensuring privacy. This beautiful ranch
style home features a lush garden setting, and is surrounded by palm trees on
an exceptionally large, landscaped property. The home features two large
air-conditioned (split unit) master bedrooms (one with king-size bed & the
other with two full-size beds), each with private bathrooms and cable TV. Then
we offer an additional large air-conditioned guest bedroom, located in the
front of the house with private entrance through a sliding glass door. It has
twin beds, pushed together for couples and garden area with chairs. There is
also a fourth small air-conditioned guest bedroom, which is attached to the
house that has a separate entrance facing the rear of the property. It has one
full size bed and private bathroom. Therefore, this villa can be available as,
a 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms home (each bedroom is air-conditioned
and has it's own private bathroom). Each room is positioned for privacy to the
house, yet may have easy access if rented together.
The living room has triple sliding glass doors on both the front and back (opens
by full 2/3) leading into large covered front and rear patios for lounging and
dining. Split unit AC, Cable TV and VCR. The rear patio further extends onto a
large sun deck with lounge chairs & barbecue. The large fully equipped

Bubali Residence consists of a 2-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom villa, 3
spacious studio's attached, each with it’s own private bathroom. Because of its
design, the villa is available from a 2 bedroom house up to a 5-bedroom
compound for up to 14 persons. The studios can also be rented individually as
they have their own separate entrances. The beautifully landscaped, lush,
tropical garden, in which you can spot many exotic birds, has a sloping pool
with a diving board, sun beds, and a Jacuzzi that fits 8 people. An outside bar
for partying, with sink and gas barbeque, is completed with stools at the
counter for hanging out with your friends over cocktails. You will find
romantic outside illumination. The high wall surrounding the compound ensures
absolute privacy. The villa is very conveniently located, close to groceries,
restaurants shopping centres, a 5-minute walk to minigolf, go-carts, and bumper
boats, and a 15-minute walk to the beach.
Main House: The huge luxurious kitchen is fully
equipped with a 2-door fridge-freezer combination, microwave, dishwasher, oven,
stove, coffeemaker, toaster and has sufficient room to fit a 6-person dining
room set. A separate dining room contains another 6-person dining room set. The
beautiful living room with marble floor has a giant leather corner sofa, a
big-screen TV and a stereo set. Bedroom 1 has a single and a full-size bed,
lots of closet space, a TV with VCR, split-unit AC and a luxurious bathroom
with shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, the same
closet space, a TV, split-unit AC and the same luxurious bathroom. There is a
covered front porch for relaxing with a wonderful breeze to stay cool, and a
terrace with sitting area in the back garden, overlooking the pool.
Studio C: Beautiful studio with kitchenette
(complete stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster) a full-size
bed, and a sitting area, TV, split-unit AC, as well as a private sitting area
outside on the terrace. The very luxurious bathroom has a few steps leading up

Studio D: Cute spacious studio upstairs, 2
full-size beds and a sitting area, TV, split-unit AC, and a private sitting
area outside on the balcony overlooking the pool bar, with separate kitchen

This is a very nice cross between an apartment and a house that offers
lots of living space. It is actually a small "hacienda" style house
that contains of a separate bedroom with king-size bed, one bathroom, open
living room kitchen combination including a breakfast bar and small dining room
table. Outside there is a wonderful and very pretty garden setting and a
covered carport. This is an adorable little home and is fully air-conditioned.
It is located a bit further inland but near Palm Beach and our other
properties, only about a mile or so from the hotels and beaches in the area
known as "Boo-goo-roo-ee". A car is recommended for convenience
although bus service is near by. This is a great value for the money located in
